Pedagogical Approach

Our staff in school have collaborated to develop a pedagogical approach which is based loosely on Rosenshine’s “Principles of Instruction” but has been adapted to Valley View’s 6P Principle. The 6P principle is a toolkit of effective teaching strategies to ensure that children at Valley View make excellent progress on their learning journey throughout school.
